We are currently seeking to add to our staff team with a Pastor-in-Training role. The role involves both a component of part-time study and training, and taking on a variety of ministry responsibilities by working part-time in a local church. The idea is that an individual might develop their ministry gifts and experience for their own long-term gospel service, at the same time as working for and benefitting a local church in the here and now.
